Prisoners have committed mistakes and have been deprived from any freedom. Most of them don’t receive any visit, and can barely feed themselves properly. While incarcerated, prisoner’s food is mostly composed of boil corn and beans, every day of the year. For those having no family member to stop by a few times a years, corn and bean is all they are going to have in their diet. We promote an alternative which is to visit them, at least once a month with “something else” than just Corn and beans, something like fry fish and cassava stick which is one of the rare food that’s not going to become a commodity or unit of trade inside of the walls.
